Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd is a well-known Tour Operator Company in Vietnam with the government license number: 49-001/2009/TCDL-GP LHQT, issued by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. We make your online reservation extremely satisfying, comfortable and without apprehension over your security, privacy and concern about online reservations. All Tour Services on this website operate on a Pre-Payment Basis. We would require 2.75% bank fees for Master and Visa Card and 4% American Express paid by clients.
Payment Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are an agreement between Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd (RTS) means the company which supplies tour service and “You”mean the person who purchases and uses any tour service on website: www.rosetravelservice.com. A contract will exist as soon as we issue a confirmation invoice in response to your booking and subsequent deposit paid to us. On our part we have obligations to provide you with the tour service you have booked on the terms clearly stated below. Your contract is entered into with RTS.
1. Privacy: When you make a reservation on RTS’s Website, an advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required. All of the cost will appear with the name of Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd on your Credit Card/ Telegraphic transfer receipt.
- For your Personal Data: We ensure the security of Customer’s privacy, therefore we only use your personal data that has been given for the purposes of making bookings and providing confirmation of your reservation.
- For your account: These payments are not collected data by RTS directly but by the third party (RTS’s partner). As secure delivery of your credit card information is essential, the third party use security technology which supports by MasterCard SecureCode authenticate your credit card, ensuring that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order.
- The linking websites: This website have a linking to third party websites, this only supports and offers a secure server for your credit card payments and RTS should not take responsibility for the information usage policies of the operators of these websites.
2. Prices: are quoted in US Dollars & net, subject to change and will be confirmed by RTS. The prices are per person, including taxes. What included or not included in the booking services will be indicated clearly in each booking.
a. Child Rate
Under 2 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed (sharing service with their parents)
Between 2-10 years:
- Paying 50% adult’s tour fare sharing room with parents without extra bed
- Paying 80% adult’s tour fare sharing room with parents with extra bed
b. Free of charged policy (F.O.C)
Services are provided free of charge for every 16th passenger of the groups and based on twin sharing rooms. Single room can be arranged with single surcharge. F.O.C for the tour leader with group less than 15 passengers can be arranged with special request.
3. Confirmation of Booking & Payment:
When your request is submited through the booking form. Our instant reply email system will send to you the confirmation for receiving this. We will start to book the hotels, flights and related services. Once your booking has been made, we will send to you a Confirmation by email for acceptance and after that is the Invoice to require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. You have a right to re-check all the details agree with what you have booked. The following cards are accepted for payment: JCB, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Other payment: beside the Secured Online Payment mentioned above, if you don’t like it, we would like to recommend you some other method of payment such as:

Disclaimer: Whilst we endeavour to process your booking request, unfortunately at times we are unable to finalize your request within this limit. Circumstances that may cause delays in replying to you include international public holidays and time zone differences. In the other cases, such as high season for tourism (not easy to hold the room), if we do not receive payment on-time, we have a right to cancel your reservation (s) automatically.
4. Deposits: To guarantee your booking, we must require the deposit for your booking. Deposit of 30% of value of package tour or service per person is required upon confirmation of booking tour. The rest of total value of your package tour or service shall be required to send us only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer.
For Late Reservation: A full payment is due immediately upon your tour confirmation if the reservation is made 60 days or less before first day arrival.
5. Cancellations and Refund: All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. Certain accommodation and tour products will apply additional cancellation charges.
a. For the hotel booking:
- If you wish to cancel or amend your hotel booking after the voucher has been issued, a cancellation fee will apply, in accordance with the hotel policy. The cancellation fee varies according to the hotel/tour or ticket specified in your booking as well as your check-in date.
- If you cancel or amend after the voucher has been issued, but Not Less Than 14 Days for hotel booking prior to the check-in date, there is no charge - it means no cancellation fee!
- If you cancel Less Than 14 Days prior to the check-in date, or fail to arrive at the hotel, a cancellation fee equal to the First Night's accommodation cost will be incurred through your credit card, which was used to guarantee your booking.
b. For the tour booking:
- Before 30 days: no charge
- 30 days to 21 days: 25 % charge
- 20 days to 10 days: 50% charge
- 09 days to 03 days: 75 % charge
- Less than 3 days: 100 % charge
c. Visa:
No refund applied if any cancellation
d. Train ticket service
Once ticket is issued, 35% of the total amount will be charged
e. Flight ticket service
Once ticket is issued, 25% of the total amount will be charged
6. Refund:
RTS provides refund for the cancellation follow the cancellation policy. In order for a refund to be approved, you must have a signed refund request form that must be completed in writing, and made direct to us. The refund amount will be transferred to your account which you used for payment online after deduct cancellation fee. The refund time will be made within 20 days working.
7. Liability:
RTS acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline, train companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by passengers. Meals not taken are not refundable.
8. Travel Insurance:
Travel Insurance is mandatory for the Clients whilst on a tour conducted by RTS. The Clients are able to arrange travel insurance on their own and responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of private travel insurance with protection for the full duration of the tour in respect of at least medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects, with adequate cover. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.
If you wish to have this valuable protection, please keep RTS advised at the time of booking.
9. Complaints:
In case of any complaints, clients should notify to the RTS in order to solve the matter quickly. In such a case, the matter will be considered and solved; and the solution will be informed to the clients as soon as possible. 10. Documentation:
A passport is required, valid for 6 months beyond your tour departure date. A visa is required for Vietnam except Scandinavian countries including Finland, Denmark, Sweden and ASEAN countries including Thailand, Singapore, Laos, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia....
